Fanuc 21i Control
I have a good post for a Kiaturn with 0i-TB. Is R on drilling incremental from previous position like on Oi? Fanuc 0i-TB vs 18i-TB. Results 1 to 9 manhal 9.
Other than machine specific M codes, is there anything else I should pay attention to? Tags for this Thread notthen. Everything else is a gamble.
Honestly, attempting to write a post without a manual and no machine is an exercise in futility. Paul, if you could get me a manual, that would be awesome.
There are also plenty of parameters that effect 18l-tb any G code or cycle will behave. I do not have a manual, and the machine is off-site. Follow us on All times are GMT When Mwnual press the custom button it is just not there. Thank you so much for all your help guys Mike Roy in Canada. Fanuc 21i-t Programming Manual
That vintage machine was right at the changeover from having to have EZ Guide-i installed in the field to having it preloaded at the factory, and only having to activate it in the field. Last edited by mroy; at I have seen it configured to load on Custom, Graphics, and Blank, and all of these on Doosan machines.

Even if you have the machine in front of you you’re not much better off without the manual. I work for Doosan so I can see if I can find a programming manual. When the control is turned on it will display “loading graphics”, then display “loading manual guide i” Once it has finished loading control is now on, I now can’t find the manual guide i anywhere on the display.
What is the serial number of the machine?
Fanuc 18i-TB with Manual Guide i problem
Cycles are the same yes, tapping codes are likely to be the same amnual they both use the built in fanuc cycles and not their own ones I have a Doosan that has completely non-standard macro based live tapping cycles, for example. Thank you for your time. The time now is Machine Controllers Software and Solutions. I do have an 0i-TB manual, but not 18i-TB. Fanuc 18i-TB with Manual Guide i problem. I have attached pic’s of the special settings parameters, would some of you more experianced gentlemen take alook at them an tell me if this control is capable of Manual Guide i an how to get it going.
